CONCEPT

The Studio MC is a private personal training studio dedicated to optimizing your health and your performance. Located in the center of Paris, right next to Opéra Bastille, the studio also offers recovery services with state of art equipment.
Originally designed for high level athletes, the studio is now open to clients looking to train like athletes or seeking the same requirements when it comes to health or performance.

Ryan has over 10 years of experience as a coach in the health and performance industry.

His technical skills and knowledge acquired in various disciplines such as strength and conditioning, nutrition, functional breathing and neurology allow him to master the complex mechanisms of the human body and offer adapted and personalized programs.

Known for his expertise with high-level athletes such as Ciryl Gane and Nassourdine Imavov, he is now extending his scope to clients seeking optimal performance, both in terms of health and athletic performance.
